Let’s discuss the L word… I’m talking about Lunch! Is the simple green salad getting a little monotonous? Why not try some of these delicious ideas. You can use the calories from your dinner allowance.
Boil the egg.
Mix with a spoon of natural yoghurt and some mustard powder.
Mix in with the lettuce, sprouts, cucumber, celery and dill.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Add all ingredients together.
Add in a 1/2 tablespoon of fresh or dried chilli or lemon.
Cook chickpeas in 1 litre of water for 30 mins.
Blend spinach and chopped mushrooms and cook for a further 20 mins
Add in some Cambridge Weight Plan flavouring
Cut cucumber into sticks
Mix other ingredients together
