For the month of October Cambridge Weight Plan is teaming up with The Heart Foundation. Are you keen to tick a marathon off your bucket list? Australians all over the country will be going the distance, aiming to complete a marathon of 42.4km’s over one month. The difference is, you can do it whenever and wherever you want. Whether it takes you 4 hours, 4 days or 4 weeks to complete. With MyMarathon you can decide on the place and the pace. So if you want to walk, jog or run its up to you. Just complete your steps over the month of October and you’re done.
Anyone can participate, if you would like to join a team with your consultant please speak with them at your next consultation, or you may like to do it with work colleagues or family members. Get in early and sign up today, ask your friends and family to support you by donating to your page, all donations go towards lifesaving research and the fight against heart disease. During the MyMarathon track your steps with your favourite App or via you MyMarathon page. Combining this with our Shakeitoff4Summer 8-week challenge is a great way to get you fit and fabulous for Summer!!
