February is also the month of LOVE with Valentines Day fast approaching what do you have planned for lover’s day? Try to take the focus off food if you are on plan, why not have a board games night, a romantic stroll, watch a movie, take a dance class together. Lovers day is about spending time with your significant other not about food. If you do decide to go out for a meal together speak with your consultant about which meals from the restaurant are suitable for your step.
