Basil and Chilli Prawns with Zucchini Spirals.
Only a small number of ingredients and simple to make, makes this dish super fast to cook and delightful to eat!
Heat a small drizzle of oil in a pan, place finely chopped garlic and chilli in the pan.
Add in Prawns and quickly toss
Grate some lemon zest in
Put in the chopped Basil leaves and Zucchini Spirals. Stir until Zucchini has softened.
Squeeze over some lemon juice.
Serve and Enjoy!
